Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ECOHYNIX Co., Ltd (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the use of services provided through the website (hereinafter "Site") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Site" refers to the internet website operated by the Company.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Site and can continuously use the services provided by the Site.
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Site without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Site or by notifying users through other means.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, and shall notify users of the amendment along with the effective date and reasons at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the service and request withdrawal of membership.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:
1. Company introduction and product/service information
2. Customer consultation and information exchange through bulletin boards (1:1 inquiries, general boards, etc.)
3. Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their consent to these Terms.
2. The Company registers applicants as members unless they fall under any of the following:
  
  The applicant has previously lost membership qualification under these Terms
  
  The registration contains false, missing, or erroneous information
  
  Registration would significantly impair the operation of the Site
Article 6 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Members)
1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall process the withdrawal immediately.
2. The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following:
  
  Registering false information at the time of application
  
  Interfering with other users' use of the Site or misappropriating their information
  
  Engaging in acts prohibited by law or these Terms through the Site
Article 7 (Obligations of Users)
1. Users shall not engage in the following acts:
  
  Registering false information during application or modification
  
  Misappropriating others' information
  
  Unauthorized modification of information posted on the Site
  
  Transmitting or posting information other than that designated by the Company (such as computer programs)
  
  Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  
  Acts that damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties
  
  Posting obscene or violent messages or other information contrary to public morals on the Site
Article 8 (Management of Posts)
1. The rights and responsibilities for the content of posts lie with the poster.
2. The Company may delete posts without prior notice if they fall under any of the following:
  
  Content that defames or damages the reputation of other users or third parties
  
  Content that violates public order and morals
  
  Content deemed to be associated with criminal activities
  
  Content that infringes copyrights of the Company or third parties
  
  Content that violates other applicable laws
Article 9 (Attribution of Copyright)
1. Copyright of works posted on the Site belongs to the respective authors.
2. Posts made by users on the Site may be exposed in search results or service promotions and may be partially modified, reproduced, or edited to the extent necessary for such exposure.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by users on the Site.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
2. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and users.
Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect from the date of posting on the Site.

Privacy Policy

ECOHYNIX Co., Ltd (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.

Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services.
Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)

The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.

Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.

Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.

Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)

The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)

The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)

Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)

The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
